and December 2015 Family and Ministry Newsletter
Merry Christmas from J C and Us Ministries and our family.
This is our Ministry and Family letter for Christmas.
Our grandkids are growing up, only one left in high school. John Hunt, our youngest grandson, is a senior. This past year he went to Wild Wood Christian camp over the summer and Mexicali over Easter for a Mission trip. Sarah Hunt graduated from high school, she did very well in school and received scholarships for continuing her schooling she is attending C. R.C. junior college and is working for H.O.P.E consulting. She is a teaching aide to Special Needs kids with disabilities. Last summer she went to Camp Barnabas in Missouri to help at a Special Needs Camp. Chris Hunt, our oldest grandson, did not have the best year. As a Country Song goes, I Lost my job, Lost my girl, still got my dog. He is looking for full time employment job right now. Praying for the right job and right mate, as we do for all of our grandkids. Both John and Chris enjoys helping the farmers around here.
Shandie Snyder graduated from University of San Diego, with very high honors, and is now back home living with us. She took a year off, needed a break, and has a job as a librarian at an elementary school. Mason Snyder had quite the year. He graduated from Joshua Wilderness Institute went to Israel with the School. He just arrived home from a mission trip to Germany. I still remember when he called me up in June with his plans on going to Germany in August and needed support to go. God gave him his support in a very short time, He provided through many of you and we Thank You.
Kimberly and Al are busy with all the young adults now in their home, always something going on. Kimberly is having surgery on both feet in January for bad bunions. She will be down for some time. I will have to put my nursing skills to work. Appreciate prayer for her that all goes well and the healing time is fast. This surgery was postponed until now. It was supposed to be done when Rich had his heart attack and four way by-pass surgery.
Ministry time is always busy. One of the challenging time is when we had to be two places at the same time. Sturgis South Dakota and Masonís graduation at Joshua at Hume Lake. Went to Sturgis early so we can spend some extra time there because we had to leave for home during the rally. Rented a car there left all our vehicles there at Gentle Eagle, South Dakota. Left Wednesday at 2:30 pm got home late afternoon Thursday. Left for Hume Lake Friday, for Masonís graduation. Left Elk Grove Wednesday arrived back in Sturgis Thursday then unto Minnesota for another Biker Rally. I would do it again, great ministry time and to see Mason graduate was worth it all.
November 29th Started the Ministry Christmas Outreach by having a booth at the MMA toy run, which is lead by the Hells Angels. God gave us a beautiful cold crisp morning with an early set up for the booth at 8 am. Our booth was decorated with a Christmas tree; the ornaments were leather key ring with a Gospel message on it which they could pick one off for themselves. J C and Us Ministries was given the privilege of having a short Christmas Service, in the middle of the event with our P.A system. Greg led off with the National Anthem. That was a good start to the service because everyone stopped and listened to the song. Rich started the Service with prayer, Jennie and Randy did a short skit on Christmas and Greg gave the message, which all could hear. We thank the team that came to help share the true meaning of Christmas.
Thankful for our Grandson Chris, He drove Grandpa's Big Boss Motorcycle to the event that Cold morning. The Motorcycle draws people to the Booth. Jennie's Trike is still in
Repairs since the accident in Reno. Eric also brought his Different bike to the event. It draws people in to share with.
Each outreach was special during the year. Salvations, prayed with many, I know the team from J C and Us Ministries touch many lives with the Love of Jesus, and when thing were getting hard and we needed a extra uplift, God always send someone around to do just that.
We are very grateful for the support of prayer, financial, making ministry supplies, helping with the supplies, encouragement, and J C and Us Ministries ministry team.
